Inspection Process

Receiving Inspection

  • Verify correct PO specifications, correct quantity/type,
  • Receive Certificate of Conformance,
  • Non-conforming product to be rejected,
  • If product damaged, possibly return to supplier.

Product Intermediate

  • Inspect per each Product Inspection Criteria Form as required.
  • Record on Inspection Report.
  • Non-conforming product to be rejected.

Final Inspection

  • 100% Inspect per each Product Inspection Criteria Form as required.
  • Cleary identify and segregate the conforming and non-conforming material.
  • Record results on Inspection Report.
  • Non-conforming product to be rejected.
